The Epicurean Group Crown Jewel! This eclectic chophouse is the second highest hotel restaurant in the Western Hemisphere located at the top of the GM Global Renaissance Center. Coach Insignia features incomparable food, great service and a world-class wine list to accompany a panoramic view of Detroit and our Canadian neighbors. Our 72nd floor private room holds up to 16 guests, while the 71st floor accomodates parties from 50-400 people. For larger events, the Wintergarden will hold 600-4,000 guests. We are proud to have been selected as exclusive caterer by Adat Shalom. This is our first Kosher Meat Kitchen, and we are now the only Kosher Caterer in Michigan to have both Meat and Dairy Kitchens that can execute events for thousands of people. Adat Shalom is a beautiful facility and can be utilized for dinners for up to 1000 guests.
